World War I was truly a turning point in warfare, as we saw the rise of amazing machines of warfare. The combat vehicles we see today got their start during World War I – including tanks. Tanks were invented for one purpose: to dominate the battlefield. We may not be able to ever sit inside a tank and command one in our lifetime, but with the power of video games, we certainly can pretend we are.

“World of Tanks Blitz” takes the gritty nature of Tank Warfare and hands you the reins as a tank commander taking on other people in multiplayer combat. With over 100 million players, there is always a match to join. In seven-versus-seven combat you can control tanks from different eras and help your team rise to victory.

The game features over 300 iconic tanks, with four tank classes ranging from light tanks to heavy, tanks from Germany, Japan, France, UK, USA and USSR. With 300, there are so many to choose from, including but not limited to: the American M4 Sherman, the German Panzer 38T and Tiger tanks, British Matilda and Churchill variations and more. In each match, you will choose your tank, upgrade it and battle over a dozen maps based upon World War II locations.

You must use tactics and cooperation to ensure victory for your team. The game is very easy to pick up and quickly play – and it sure is easy to waste some time with. “World Of Tanks” is an easy way to experience what driving a tank and participating in tank warfare is all about, and it looks and sounds beautiful on your phone while doing so.
