When people hear the words “Friday the 13th,” they think of two things.

The first could be the actual date itself and the stigma attached to it, where you avoid black cats and other various bad luck inducing events that can happen on that day. The other would be the hit horror series we have all come to love with our favorite big screen slasher Jason Voorhees.

What memories we were given from “Friday the 13th” - curling up on the couch with your friends, turning off the lights, grabbing a bucket of popcorn and most likely hurling it across the room in fear while watching any of the 12 beloved films. Well, if you’ve ever wanted a chance to control Jason and his murderous agenda, you now can in the palm of your hand.

“Friday the 13th: Killer Puzzle” lets you stalk and slay campers in over 100 puzzle style levels as horror icon Jason himself. Taking a cartoony approach to the violence, this game is great fun to play as you must figure out how to get from one end of each puzzle to the other, and slash the helpless camper. With many unlockable murder weapons, there is always a new way to finish off your prey, from the iconic machete all the way to guitars and power drills.

With both a bloody R-rated mode and PG mode, this game appeals even to the family-friendly environment with cartoony blood-free animations.

“Friday the 13th: Killer Puzzle” is free to download on the Android and IOS stores.
