Add a little tease to the top of your hair for extra volume and keep the ponytail low on the head, secure with an elastic, throw on a great pair of earrings and you are ready to go. This is an easy option for anyone - and don't think you need really long hair for this. If it fits in a ponytail, it works. 

You can make this or any look a little extra fancy by grabbing some sparkle. A nice hair accessory or a headband can really dress up a look.
