The white team found themselves in the hot seat once again on NBC's 'The Biggest Loser' last week. However, this time it was their trainer, Jillian Michaels, who put them there. During the weigh-in the team was penalized with a four-pound disadvantage (one pound for each player) after the show's producers learned Michaels gave them caffeine pills without a doctor's permission. Michaels said she stands by her professional decision and has no regrets. However, that move cost the white team to not only lose the weigh-in, but allowed the blue team to keep immunity for another week and the red team to be reunited with teammate Ruben Studdard, who was eliminated the week prior.

After the show, I had the opportunity to speak with Craig Arrington, the contestant with the lowest percentage of weight loss on the white team. He said he learned a lot in the five short weeks he was able to spend on the Biggest Loser ranch.

The Maine Edge: Do you feel like the white team should have been penalized for Jillian's decision to have you guys use caffeine pills instead of unlimited amounts of coffee?

Arrington: The white team was penalized and I think it was fair. Production decided the contest should be fair for everyone and our penalty was a fair penalty.

TME: You had an opportunity to not only learn how to eat right but also how to exercise and conquer your fear of the water. Which has been the most life changing for you?

Arrington: I would definitely say it was the fear of the water. Water was something I would never think of doing as far as trying to swim. I love it now and I thank Jillian for that.

TME: Are you in the pool more often now doing aquatic type exercises now that you've conquered that [fear]?

Arrington: I'm in the pool maybe once a week now more as a way to rest my legs, and that's one thing Jillian taught me - I can't be on my legs seven days a week.

'The Biggest Loser' airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. on NBC.
