BANGOR - During the month of April the McDonald's restaurant located at 632 Broadway in Bangor will celebrate the grand re-opening of its newly renovated store with the community. The celebration will include charity events, weekly giveaways and daily menu specials. The Broadway McDonald’s restaurant is owned and operated by Gary Eckmann of Hampden.

“I am very pleased to have been a part of the Bangor business community since 1986,” stated Eckmann. “I look forward to welcoming all of our former customers - and new ones, as well - to our remodeled restaurant still located at 632 Broadway, where it has been for the last 47 years.”

Reflecting the newest McDonald’s look being rolled out nationally, the Broadway restaurant’s interior renovations include a remodeled dining room, restrooms and front service counter with upgraded equipment to better serve customers. On the exterior, the new roofline features a yellow arch and a double drive-thru provides the ability to take customer orders two at a time for faster service.

Dry summer, then comes fall
Which I depend on most of all

I got ‘em in the ground, I can’t quit now
You won’t find me grieving.’
I’ll bet you five dollars it’s my best year yet
Cause it looks like I’m gonna break even
