Celeb Slam - (03-23-2016)

Wizard Katt

Over the years here at Celebrity Slam, we've occasionally had famous people go on extended runs of Slam-worthy brilliance. For weeks or even months at a time, these people would constantly stoke the boiler of our derision and mockery.

Think Charlie Sheen's weeks of goddesses, tiger blood and winning. Think Randy Quaid's furtive time as a fugitive and escape to Canada. Think Justin Bieber's, I don't know, 2014? These are the kinds of runs we're talking about. These are the people who reach that magical 'capable of anything' place.

And it seems like Katt Williams might cut in line.

Krazy Katt

Celebrity Slam is a numbers game we need to fill this space every week, and so we are profoundly grateful to those famous people who can't go two days without saying or doing something ridiculous and/or awful. Your Biebers, your Kardashians, your Kanyes these are the entitled idiots that really drive this feature.

However, there is something to be said for quality as well. There are a few celebs out there who, while their appearances are rarer than those made by the aforementioned regulars, make up for their infrequency by being just batst when they DO turn up. Randy Quaid and Charlie Sheen have fallen into that role for me.

Much ado about nothing

Celebrity couples can sometimes have it rough. Their relationships play out in the harsh glare of the spotlight. And when things get rocky, said rockiness is laid out for the entire world to see.

Ice-T and his wife Coco are currently walking down that rocky road.

Boy band brawler

It's easy to forget that in a lot of ways, famous people are more or less just like us. While they have made their livings by placing themselves in the spotlight, that doesn't mean they don't occasionally want to just do stuff like regular people.

Of course, it also means they have to behave like regular people something they don't necessarily have a firm grasp on.

No Love lost

You would think that celebrities would learn from their mistakes. All they would have to do is turn on TMZ or check the gossip blogs once in a while to know that certain actions are always going to backfire.

For instance: pulling a gun in an argument.

Alas, increasingly unstable comedian Katt Williams refuses to learn that particular lesson. According to reports, Williams recently became embroiled in a heated exchange with actor Faizon Love outside a Hollywood nightclub. It is unclear what the argument was about, but it went to the next level when Williams allegedly went to his car and grabbed a gun, then proceeded to brandish the weapon in Love's face.
