The contestants on “The Biggest Loser” are no longer divided into teams, but rather “singles,” each fighting to stay on the ranch just one more week. The two contestants with the lowest percentage of weight loss now risk falling below the dreaded yellow line and being eliminated. And this week that was 29-year-old Emily Joy, a teacher and former Olympic weightlifter from North Carolina, and 48-year-old Kim Stone, a mom and registered nurse from Missouri.

"I couldn't believe it; my heart just broke," Joy said. "I knew when I saw the 5 pop up [on the scale] that I was on my way home."

For two weeks, Joy has felt like she was at risk of going home.
